I left Tampa around 8:30pm last night, and touched down in Las Vegas for an hour and a half layover. After laughing at all the drunks clammoring to jump off and start gambling, I caught a glimpse of this while we were landing. Seeing a fire that huge was pretty damn cool from way up in a plane. I resisted the urge to try any of the nickel slots in the airport, gobbled down some overpriced taco bell, and read a mag till we landed down in San Diego. I didnt go to bed untill like 6am eastern time (3am Cali Time), so I've been pretty tuckered out today.

My mom and I went to the San Diego Zoo today earlier after I finally got myself in gear. We saw some koalas, monkeys, and PANDAS (before they are shipped back to China). Don't worry, I plan to make a digital scrapbook for my trip much like the one i made for the Chicago trip, so you won't miss a beat.
