Alright, lets face it, The Google Toolbar sucks. Who wants to give up even more of their screen space to that? Then again who wants to use the default MSN search that happens when you type something in the address bar? Given my keen ability to avoid doing things I should be doing, like watching lecture, I have created an easy, easy, simple file that allows you to do Google searches from your normal address bar. (Yes, I know Firebird has that easily available, but not everyone uses it, and that is definitely not worth switching for). THIS IS FOR XP ONLY! If you use anything else your either a geek or don't care enough about your computer to worry about something so trivial.

• Download the Google Search File
• Unzip
• Double click the file to add to your registry
• Close Internet Explorer
• Restart Internet Explorer
• Type g before your search, so if i were looking for porn, it would be "g porn"
• Thats it

Oh yeah, Johhny Cash, the man in black. I never was a big fan, but with all the news about his passing I ran into his NIN cover of "Hurt".
