First, and foremost Radiohead was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. They are simply amazing, and the outdoor amphitheatre made it alot of fun as well. Thom Yorke's performance was moving, funny, exciting, and hypnotic all at once. If you have the chance to see them in concert do it. If you can't, pick up the newest album its fantabulous.
I got my first comment spam the other day; some guy advertising bike parts. It hasn't gotten to me enough to go installing comment spam filters and what not but if that interests you check out Shirley's informative post.
What I did do is install a MT plugin to turn off comments on posts older than 7 days Grab the file, add your SQL info, throw it online and simply run it. The only drawback is it does have to be manually run, though you could easily set up a cron job for that. If you noticed the {Reads} thing next to pings and comments you can thank Cheah Chu Yeow for the brilliant script. It keeps track of how many people viewed the individual entry page and lists the referrers at the very bottom (of the invidual pages)
