Today was the first day in 10 days that I had access to my desktop, so the first thing I did was upgrade to Trillain 3.0. As a paying user, the upgrade was free :)
I can't comment tooo much because I have yet to use the audio/video features (anyone wanna cyber?), but am excited to do so. I was a bit upset that my favorite Trillian2 skin Microscopic Pro doesnt yet work with 3, but I'm under the belief that they are working night and day to get it ported over. The only skin I found that has a semi-minimalistic feel is the iChat Port, which matches my XP theme anyway, and confuses people on my computer even more that I'm not actually using OSX.
I also noticed that you can set yourself invisible (like the newest versions of AIM allow you to do). While you can't chat in this mode, its nice to be able to snoop without anyone knowing youre online ;)
The auto-define feature while chatting is kinda cool, but might very well get annoying soon. I also *really* like the log viewer, which has graphs, and can even archive audio and video chats.
So yeah, give it a try if you haven't. I just got in from Chicago, so I have to finish unpacking.
