Two Thousand Five

I don't know what kind of crack I was smoking when I said I was going to continue Project 365. It was probably because the holidays put me in a good mood, or the fact that I was doing exciting things in Chicago and had plenty to photograph. I still love it, and am glad I did it but it was *alot* alot of work. Finding something to photograph every.single.day. is tough. Especially when you're busy, or simply didn't do anything exciting.

I am most definitely done with Proj365, but will always leave it up as an archive/memoir of my year. I plan on opening a seperate photolog I (so far) have decided to call "Poke", hopefully in the next few days after I get all my new classes and work sorted out. It will contain commentary, as promised. I'd much rather post a photo when I have something exciting to shoot.

On that note, I enjoyed my first day of my final semester as a college student. I am taking Marketing Management (toughie), Acting for Non-majors (fun), and something else I'm not sure about yet. School on Tues/Thurs, Working on Mon/Wed/Fri. Here's to a good semester.

Are you going to get a Flickr account? I myself use Text America (http://lis.textamerica.com) for some reason, although I hear good things about Flickr a lot..

No, I hate using outside services. If at all possible I try to keep everything on my own domain, in my control. (Even though that means sacrificing features).
